Fast and Furious 9 Release Date Pushed Back due to Coronavirus


The release date of the ninth part of 'Fast and Furious' is extended. Universal announced Friday that it has pushed back the debut of the next “Fast and Furious” sequel. It will now hit theaters over Memorial Day weekend on May 28, 2021.This is the much awaited version by the fan world. All the other parts of the film starring Vin Diesel are box office hits.

The film is a sequel to the 2017th film The Fate of the Furious. The film was slated for a theatrical release on May 22 this year. However, the release of the film was postponed due to the expansion of Covid.

'Fast and Furious' movies are Hollywood films with a budget of over $ 200 million. About 75% of the film's revenue from the previous three Fast and Furious series came from outside the US. The film is slated to release globally in April 2021, following a decision by filmmakers in March this year. But now it has been shifted to May 2021.

Fast and Furious 9 (F9) is an American action film directed by Justin Lynn and written by Daniel Casey. The film stars Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Titus Gibson and John Cena in the lead roles. The teaser of the film was released earlier.
