New Video Shows LA 'Wounded' Lady Deputy Trying to Save her Fatally Injured Colleague in Pain

 


While the investigation of the gun man going seriously a new video of the two deputies have released after the shot, in which the wounded lady deputy of 31 saving her co- partner of 24 with some aids to his wounds. 

The video shows the heroic lady who got a shot on her jaw and flowing the blood, applying tourniquet to the other man when his condition began to worse. The 24-year-old officer was hit in the forehead, an arm and in the hand.

"She helped the other wounded deputy, got on the radio, provided medical care, got him to a place of safety 'cause they didn't know if there was another attack coming their way," Sheriff Alex Villanueva said.

Audio captures a frantic call for help from one of the deputies shortly after the shooting.

"I've been shot. Send help," one of the deputies is heard saying in the radio call.

Both deputies incurred multiple gunshot wounds and are recovering from surgery in stable condition at St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood.

The two Los Angeles Sheriff's Deputies were fatally shot by a stranger man who deliberately opens fire on the 2 deputies, while they sitting on their patrol car.

The ambush style attack happened on Saturday at the Metro Blue Line station at Willowbrook Avenue and Compton Boulevard around 7 p.m. The location is a short distance from the Compton sheriff's station.

On Sunday police released the emergency call from this injured mother to police after she and her partner were shot in the head.

On Monday night The Daily Mail identified the young mother and deputy as rookie Claudia Apolinar a former librarian.

A $100,000 reward was offered by Los Angeles County Sheriff  Department in manhunt of the gunman who fatally shot two LA Sheriff's deputies.
