Kamala Harris Praises BLM Protesters' Brilliance and Says is Essential to Change Criminal Justice System

Sen. Kamala Harris in support with the peaceful protest ongoing in US against the racial injustice by the BLM protesters. She praised the brilliance of the BLM rioters for the unrest battles for the justice.

Her comments comes after the wide protests erupted after a judge's injustice order of no charges on the two police officers out of three linked with the killing of an unarmed black woman Breonna Taylor in her home.

During a virtual convention for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People on Friday, Sen. Harris (D-Calif.) said that BLM is the "most significant agent for change within the criminal justice system."

Peaceful protests against racial injustice are critical for the nation's change and help to keep law enforcement in check, Sen. Kamala Harris said.

Harris also praised the "brilliance" and "impact" of "Black Lives Matter," which has received media praise but also come under fire for promoting left-wing stances like opposing the nuclear family. "I actually believe that 'Black Lives Matter' has been the most significant agent for change within the criminal justice system," she said.

"I always, I'm going to interpret these protests as an essential component of evolution in our country, as an essential component, a mark of a real democracy and as necessary, as necessary," Harris said during the NAACP remote convention. "The people's voices must be heard. It is often the people who must speak to get their government to do what it is supposed to do, but may not do naturally unless the people speak loudly, and obviously peacefully, but speak loudly."
