PSG have not played in any other match since losing to Bayern Munich in the Champions League final last month. The club now has matches in the French league starting on September 10.
Many PSG players were on leave for a few days after their defeat to Bayern.
All three players are now subject to appropriate health protocol and the rest of the squad and coaching staff will be "tested in the coming days," the club said in a statement.
