At age of 15, Dorsey wrote dispatch software that is still used by some taxi companies.

How is Dorsey's Luxurious life style

He first became a billionaire in 2012, and today his net worth is just over five billion dollars.

He is also a co- founder and current CEO of Square, which offers a device that allows for mobile debit and credit card payments. When Square went public in October 2015, Dorsey owned 24.4% of the company.

A billionaire with net worth more than $ 5 billion, one can imagine his luxurious life style, but it’s probably not what you would expect. Dorsey ‘s life style is truly insane.

Since 2012, Jack has lived in a relatively modest two bedroom, two bathroom San Francisco mansion that cost 10 million dollars. The view alone is worth at least a million bucks. His home is located on a cliff side with direct views of the Golden Gate Bridge.

When he decided to expand his property portfolio, he didn’t look very far. He bought the house next door.

In late 2018, Jack paid 21.9 million dollars for the five bedroom, three bathrooms mansion, that also has the breathtaking views of the San Francisco Bay. The house had been left vacant for 15 years and needed bits of modifications. He is already spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on renovations. Where he lives is probably the most luxurious part of his life.

Dorsey has elsewhere criticisms and controversies on his his extolling diets and ice baths as part of his routine.

Dorsey points out that he has only one meal plan for a day. It will give him the needed energy to work full day. He only eats dinner. Sometimes between 6.30 pm an 9 pm.

“I’ll go from Friday ’til Sunday. I won’t have dinner on Friday. I won’t have dinner or any meal on Saturday. And the first time I’ll eat will be Sunday evening. I’ve done that three times now where I do [an] extended fast where I’m just drinking water,” Dorsey says.

“The first time I did it, like day three, I felt like I was hallucinating. It was a weird state to be in. But as I did it the next two times, it just became so apparent to me how much of our days are centered around meals and how — the experience I had was when I was fasting for much longer, how time really slowed down,” he tells Greenfield.

Although he recently announced he would be using his wealth for more Philanthropic efforts.
Dorsey announced that he was putting an estimated 28% of his total wealth, or $1 billion, into relief efforts for the global coronavirus pandemic.
