How Can Reduce Gut Infection

In a healthy gut, the immune system must strike a careful balance between responding to threats and keeping that response in check to avoid damage.

Bacterial gastroenteritis happens when bacteria causes an infection in your gut. This causes inflammation in your stomach and intestines. You may also experience symptoms like vomiting, severe abdominal cramps, and diarrhea. While viruses cause many gastrointestinal infections, bacterial infections are also common.

Improve your Gut function

1) Include Yogurt in diet
2) Eat Garlic. Consume by chopping small pieces and gulp with water. Stop consumption in 2-3 weeks after body odor of garlic.
3) Ginger: one table spoon crushed with 6 cups of water. Boil till half left. It is best anti aging and anti cancer
First line body defense
4) Vitamin A & D: improve vitamin D levels that can be by supplements and sunlight.
Vitamin A rich food is Apricot in orange color. Also consume the almonds/ seed.
Mango one of rich forms for Vitamin A.
Zinc : Cashews, Pistachio, peanuts, caviar, mussels & sea fish
5) Cloves: Best oxygen radical absorbent.
Add two cloves per cup of ginger kehva (type of tea)mentioned above and chew it at the end.
6) Olive leaves
Consume by making kehva or by crushing dried leaves
7) Curcumin
Milk/ yogurt with turmeric
8) Cinnamon : Insulin resistance. Best drink before sleeping. Infuse liquor ice.
9) Sleep well
10) Daily exercise
12) Include Chakki wheat flour
13) Omit sugar rice and all purpous flour
14) Avoid Noodles
15) Don't use Phenol and mosquito repellent as it reduces immunity
16) Avoid processed meat
